UPM Raflatac announces new executive vice president

Antti Jääskeläinen has been senior vice president of the company's EMEIA business since 2014.

Antti Jääskeläinen has been appointed Executive Vice President responsible for UPM Raflatac, effective July 1, 2016. He will become a member of UPM’s Group Executive Team as of the same date. He will be based in Helsinki and reports to Jussi Pesonen, President and CEO.

Antti Jääskeläinen is currently responsible for UPM Raflatac’s EMEIA business (Europe, Middle-East, India and Africa) as Senior Vice President. He has been in his current role and UPM since 2014.

“The UPM Raflatac EMEIA management team has done excellent work and with Antti’s appointment I’m sure UPM Raflatac will further improve and develop its business,” says Pesonen.

Antti Jääskeläinen is 43 years old and has a Master’s degree both in Engineering and Economics. He comments, “UPM Raflatac has significant opportunities for value creation in the growing self-adhesive markets and I’m excited to lead this global organization forward.”
